I am involved with drinking water, waste water and urban runoff, and flood water. I am also interested in transportation issues. I remember Shanda. When we were younger, around 5th or 6th grade I went to a birthday party at her house and we sang songs to the player piano. I am having trouble remembering the name of the song that stuck in my head. It is a well known oldie and from time to time I remember it -- but it escapes me now. You are my Sunshine, Daisy, Daisy. I sometimes think about all of my old friends, Alex Goland, Brad Brown, and Jim Fuhrman. I remember climbing the flagpole on the senior quad on a quarter dare. The baseball coach gave me a swat with a sawed off bat. Ouch. That hurt. I never got the quarter. But I did make it to the top.

Bruce Goddard	More recent photo?	After graduation, I knew that the education I would get in college would be redundant to the Covina High diploma, so I traveled the world looking for enlightenment. In a South American hovel I learned the meaning of life, and received the notice of the CHS reunion on the same day. I left Lake Titicaca immediately and started back to Socal. Not wanting to impact the ozone layer unduly, I meandered homeward in a rubber raft. Now that I am home my environmental ideals are compromised, since I feel that there is at least a partial trade off between saving jet fuel and taking dumps over the side of a rubber boat. More

Mike Hooper	Deceased	In Memory Michael died from a heart attack at work on 1/3/03. Michael served in the Army in Vietnam. He was married briefly to classmate Susan Malson with whom he had his only child, a daughter. He was able to see his first grandchild shortly before his untimely death. At one time he owned a small bar and later worked in real estate sales. He was living in Illinois and working for a manufacturing firm when he died.
